all that could have been

Mon Mar 9, 2009, 9:25 PM
Today, I was contemplating the fact that we are the sum of our decisions and as I was considering the current situation of my circle of friends, and mine; I was thinking of all that could have been in our lives had we changed just a little bit of our attitude at the right time and place. about how important it is to remember exactly what went wrong in the past with any part of our story to make it right the next time that type of situation comes around . I think that for me the key resides into working on empathy (as much for my own feeling than others), will and communication.

Now, Exactly how hard would we have to swim against the current of our personality to make the change genuine and permanent? maybe it's just like working out. have a list of things to do each days and make them a habit..

Here's what I think i should do on a daily basis:

- eat as well as possible
- drink more water
- tell a friend I like him/her, and why
- call a member of my family
- speak openly of my feelings, problems and success
- be happy for someone else's success
- encourage somebody into his endeavour
- give as much compliments as I can
- ask more questions
- offer help
- smile as much as possible
- do not fear honesty, in any cases.
- go out for a walk
- breathe deeply, all the time
